How long will my diffuser last?

Our diffusers will last up to 12 weeks and will fill your home with scent 24 hours a day.

Do I have to flip the reeds in my diffuser?

We recommend flipping the reeds every few weeks for optimum performance. Diffusers also provide the best scent throw in warm rooms.

Can my diffuser be refilled?

Ivy & Co do not provide refills at the moment as the reeds would also require to be replaced after a 12 week period.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes, none of our products are tested on animals.

Why should I trim the wick in my candle?

It’s important to trim the wick on your candle to approx 5mm after each use. Long or crooked wicks can create high flames, smoking or sooting. Your candle will last longer if the wick is trimmed regularly.
